  Had a very good time at Ten Mile Community church this morning. Was a very uplifting service with God being honored in song and the Word. Sherm did a great job with his sermon and enjoyed the part of doing history on how Ten Mile got started. May God Bless this ministry very much.

  I have never needed or asked for help from anyone until today. I recently moved to the the Boise area with my daughter leaving my wife and infant daughter to find work and make a new life here. When I got things settled they were to move here with me. Unfortunately money is tight and I called this church today to ask if they had any work for me so I could earn some gas money to go see my family for Christmas and they were very rude.
  I was not asking for a handout only for work . I'm surprised. My father is a pastor of a church and all my life my family has given back to the community even when I had very little to give.
  I truly hope the new year will remind them that church, god , love and a helping hand means nothing if the people preaching it are not acting upon there words.
